Veracruz pre-stamp cover, mailed from Veracruz to Puebla on February 8, 1832.

This is a very interesting cover. It was mailed from Veracruz on September 18, 1870, at a time when Veracruz had a good supply of 1868 issue stamps. Why it was placed into the mail system without a stamp is a mystery.

Cover mailed from Ixcatlan (near Cosamaloapam), both sub-offices of Veracruz, to Tlacotalpam, another Veracruz sub-office, on October 6, 1867.
